  1. Hi all. . A friend of mine has just had a horrible accident! He'd just finished taking his dogs for a walk, got out of the car, opened the boot to get the dogs and in no time they're playin tug of war with the neighbours cat!!! It happened on the front (open plan) communal garden. What are the legal implications??? Ps the cat is dead and yes he should of had tighter control of the dogs! He's offered to pay for the damage caused!

  11. Acuspell and Skycat, thanks for the detailed replies. Rover, thanks for the link. All very helpful. Yes, I understand the the importance of body posture and tone of voice, kidology also! The frustrating thing is, his recall 100% in the day! I expect he's just being a stubborn pup . . Still, I take your points as educated, reinforcement and encouragement. Thanks, appreciated.
  12. Hi FF - I've got a CB2 I bought from Mole Valley back in November, perfect condition. I paid pounds for it, open to offers. Good lamp for small/medium size fields. I'm saving for lithium blitz/striker pack. All the best.
  13. The one that makes me laugh the most. . Back in 1988 near Bont Mid Wales, I remember a frosty morning, when I was but a boy, jogging along to keep up with my fathers walk! The lurcher chases a rabbit into a stone wall, my father spots the hole in the wall and reaches into it (by this time the dog had jumped over the other side of the wall) in a flash I noticed the dogs ears raise and pounce forward with a crunch! B*st*rd!! I heard him holler as he chased the poor dog down the field!!! I was crying with laughter, but damn I was trying not to let him see, he would have caught me! . . Happy days

  16. Alright Ladies and Gents, I've just started lamping my 12 month old Deerhound/Greyhound x Whippet/Greyhound, I've owned him since he was 6 weeks old, he is very well trained and has the obedience you would expect from owning him from 6 weeks. . But he is exhibiting some behaviour which is far from desirable ! . . He has been out half a dozen times and 4 out of 6 he has done this unthinkable act . . He runs a rabbit and if he misses it he is reluctant to come back to me . . He'll stand at the end of the beam and take no notice of me, as much as it anger me when he comes back to me I just st
