    well doesnt lack in much perhaps if anything height maybe but thats why i asked something about 24tts in the hope of creeping an inch or 2... i know of a decent beddyx grey thats an option but would be a risk because i dont know how its offspring turn out so maybe lookin something of a proven producer of workers

    Thinking of breeding off my bitch no time soon probs more towards end of next season... so im looking for a stud dont really mind whats in the make up of the stud aslong as its a genuine lamp dog upto 24tts bitch is roughly 5/8 whippet 1/4 greyhound 1/8 collie or there abouts stands 22tts . il travel pretty much anywhere in uk if a genuine dog can found an pay what is asked like i say im in no rush just putting the feelers out... atb peng

    Bloke i first started out with as a kid had a pure grey he raised that alongside lurchers from a pup it caught everything with out injury until about the age of 5 an one night on land it had run all its life it ran head on straight into a drystone wall chasing a fox... instantly dead broke its neck

    The Merle colouration has definitely come,.. via an inclusion of Border Collie .... i thought so i just seen it in edrd at stud and wondered if anyone ever used it or works the blood line

    my fawn dog is bred this way mate with a touch of bull in there i know what he can do i dont think whippet adds much other than downing the size

    If both parents can put a shift in over a number of seasons doin what you want them to do theres no reason why the pups wouldnt perform the same other than bad schooling/entering same with any mix breed youl get differences/throw backs but id be supprised if at worst case they couldnt catch a rabbit

    ya cant compare runnin day time to night time completely two different ball games when your on massive land and got all the time to catch your quarry in the day to the length of your beam at night the game changes drastically and imo you cant compare them its like football an rugby the only thing the same is men chasing a ball around an thats where it ends
