Wat about a sx78 or 79,you can pick up a 78 for £100,there nice and light and i think a good gun to start with. I have a AA 310, AA410, BSA Hornet but i still like taking the 78 out,and it can knock a bunnie down at 35 yds.

I mate i have the 78 and it a cracking little gun,but when i got it i was only getting 7flb,but with a bit of cleaning and a new set of seals its up around 11.4 on a hot day.
