    I was fetching some timber for the new dog run and i got talking to a bloke who had his lurcher & belgian shepard with him we got talking anyway and we got on the subject of him running the shepard, he told me that it catchs rabbits quite alot & he had 1 pre ban aswell that took fox's really well. How would you rate them ?

    have you just had the dog,? as at 18 month old it should have been sorted out when it was pup (5-10) months. What i use is a norm rope lead, put on as norm with the loop to the left. When they pull, yank them back (hard) it will stop them on prob, because loop is right under throat, and it will choke them. Ive done it with 10st bullmastiffs and bigger dogs it stop them dead in there tracks . Tod my bullx grey will walk great on the lead when not working, but lamping will pull your feckin arm off. And after a while when i get pissed of with, i put rope lead and it calm him down a bit lol, but

    What it is, is iv'e got a american bull he's 18month old & nearly 7st & his pulling is gettin over whelming as u can imagen iv'e brought numerous collars & harness's but no luck so iv'e brought him a halti collar & iv'e tried him 3 times with it & he goes mental and won't move, i took him in garden earlia with it n tryed to bring him on using small treats and it helped abit does [NO TEXT TALK] else have any advice its would be much apreciated or should i stick to what i'm doing with the treats.

    got to bull terriers here wat am pro's at the theiving trade sunday dinners have gone joints of meat even oranges & the big un eat threw a box of cider & emptyd a few cans the little shite come home to find him noked out for the night now i have to hide everything just dogs for ya lol

    I no yeah & that's why i had them done less hassle only problem was if he wasn't having his eye done they would of been reluctent to do them as they didn't deem them serious but got him all sorted now just a road to recovery hopefully a swift 1

    My dog had 2 operations yesterday on his infolded eyelid & dewclaws and glad to report they both went great he's just laid up now for a week or two waiting for the stitches to desolve & with a massive cone to destroy wats in his way lol

    My dog chews his dew claws so i'm having them removed tuesday, it's only £22 at the pdsa & as said above they said to be about having dogs balls off but he's having a op anyway on his eye so i thinks thats the reason they agreed to do it
