Outhwaites (I think it is) do good coats for sighthound shaped dogs. My beddy/whippet/greyhound/deerhound has one, great fit on her and she's titchy.

Thanks everyone for your comments Oz is doing really well. He was totally exhausted friday/saturday and has gradually started to perk up. He's joined in howling sessions with the others, snuck up onto the sofa and helped himself to chicken from the kitchen work top He's enjoyed a couple of small walks, his character is definately returning. So worried about the little sweetheart who's now in the same position

He's home!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's safe and ok. Exhausted, thirsty and hungry but ok.

this is all I have to go on: grey van with a side sliding door of medium size. Two white men, one approx 40 wearing a pale t shirt and the other is shorter and younger and was wearing a beaney hat. they said to the ladies they approached they were "greyhound breeders" or from a "greyhound rescue" does this trigger anything with anyone??? sam - any info, contacts or anything??? cheers fran

nothing on oz. just read on another hound forum that they're just getting word of a lurcher bitch being stolen from a town near where oz went from. no info or confirmation of this though.

he was out on his walk and had "deviated from where he should have been" this is when he got picked up Please anybody who knows anything/can help/any thing at all, I want my boy back

the lady who saw him being loaded was exremely vague and had no detail apart from it had a side sliding door. no make/model/reg/age. he was out on his walk with another lurcher and an elderly collie/whippet cross
