    both dogs look spot on, but i think a lurcher a bit bigger would be better.

    never found a way to stop my terrier hunting hedghogs dureing the summer months..cant let him off the lead in most places, he can track them to a couple of streets away. he gets cut to bits but he loves it

    a bit early i know but these are lurcher x doberman pups at 3weeks and 5 days old cheers bud keep us updated with the pups

    my russel try's to kill everything apart from my lurcher. do i kill him NO. take apopriate action to whats on the end of your lead. anything with bull or terrier in it has higher agression levels than most other dogs.

    used to have ex track greyhound, was told i can never let him off the lead cos he will run off and kill small dogs and anything he can catch, 10 days later out in the forest off lead, another 10 days walking around ponys and cows off lead. even had him chilled out at my mates house with a cat in the room. it can be done. ps,, got my jackrussel at 7 weeks three years ago and still cant trust him with anything. lurchers are alot easier. thay usaly want to catch, trick is showing them what. as with recall should improve when you bond

    my whippet was pts in 2006, ever since always had 2 or 3 dogs. when she was alive never felt need for just one more dog to fill any gaps

    everything else been tryed, might not lose as much pace as bull x. should keep keenness.. but do tend to have big feet

    could look at pics of bull crosses all day, any links where i can see some working. and just thought has anyone ever seen a doberman grayhound cross. there is a choc one in the vilage very athletic often think what would be like put to gray bitch

    was thinking of getting one when the old lurcher goes. never new that they was just cross and not any real workers. sounds like any lurcher from rescue could be just as good. not putting my money in his pocket
