    hi davy the guns looking great so far! just a couple of questions what did you use to rub down the metal work to get it so shinny? how much has this resoration cost you? would a mk1 or 2 version be hard to sort? or would i be best just taking it to a gun smiths? the reason for this is because i well dad has one lying under his bed thatwe now have come to own over the last 7 years of it doing nothing. i believe its a mk1 or 2 because it doesnt even have a trigger gaurd thanks lewis

    He's bought a BSA lightening xl .22 in synthetic stock on Friday evening for 200 with scope and lamp so I think he's chuffed with it thanks for the surrgesstions tho! Lewis

    hes a good friend of mine who will probably be coming out shooting with me. he has around £250-300 to spend i recommend the bsa supersport, hw80 or the hw95 lewis

    Well I'm new to the game of different pellets suit different rifles I only found out a couple of months ago and just thought any would do but my dad always got the AA diablo as they were recommended as good pellets by the gun shop. If you could send me some you think would be good in my rifle or were good in similar rifles from your experience. Thanks Lewis

    Il try cleaning the barrel but il have to keep using the pellets I have for the time being as me dad won't be down at the gun shop for a little while, thanks for the help Davy another £10 worth of pellet might end up saving £300 for a new rifle. Thanks for all the replies Lewis

    i got the gun last christmas so a year ago the barrel clean was no more than 700 pellets ago and im using aa diablo 4.51mm lewis

    iv read that post davy and practise what he says when shooting but i will get about 8 shots in a good group then it will go awful and start shooting all over then go back to normal. i watch the pellet in the scope until it arrives at its destination. i was shot small spinners at 40yards last week then when i came to check zero the shots were all over? lewis

    Iv been quite put off on break barrel rifles because of the accuracy of my supersport. One hour it will be great another shocking and can't hit a barn door I should really take a picture of the groups I get about 30 yards. So yeah I do fancy an under lever or small pcp which I have been offered at a good price for a setup on here but am still under sure Lewis

    the question is whats the best air rifle for under £300? weather it be spring, gas ram or pcp i have a good scope that i can use. lewis

    well im new to the sport its my first season shooting. i didnt take the shot because i wasnt sure it would of be humane like it said in the write up. im always looking for tips and pointers from the more experienced shooters and this is why i asked the question because i wasnt sure thanks lewis

    iv used the crop shot before not knowing what it was calling and its worked a treat for me lewis
