  5. Judging by the other folks each year another month at least. Some folks down the plots have got them twice the size of mine
  6. Time of plenty now for sure been blanching like fool all afternoon fingers crossed the pumpkin makes it. A few other just fell off and went rotten squash are coming on nice I do enjoy them in the winter

I had a stop net in me bag but no pegs so I had to improvise The dog was disgusted by me effort and I could see him thinking Phil Lloyd come and get me ffs So off we went down the hedge enjoying the time. Sure enough it kicked off. The rabbit came running up inside the hedge with dog in tow. Then broke out in front of the dog. They started headed towards me well

  15. toms coming thick and fast and pickled some beets Some are thick skinned and a bit sharp but still bags of flavour unlike them cheap salad ones from tesco. How some one could grow some thing so bland and tasteless I don't know. Awesome sweet corn you had there Jok a stunning crop

  20. My toms have thick skins and I was cursing the variety what ever the hell they are. But google tells me it is the heat and they do that to protect the fruit. So next year now I in the no I put up some shade. All ways a learning day as long as I bloody remember next year lol
  21. MY daughter has done a stint in mc donalds and they have bouncers there. They are needed too in the early hours when people leave the pubs. Then some topped them selves as well in the toilets. Crazy goings on
