dogs ears have the blood vessels close to the surface so when cut bleed like a b*****d, if its stopped bleeding just let it scab over, any sign of infection soak the scab off with salt water and try again bathing in salt water daily its scab over a few times but the cut keeps opening but i wash it out 2 times a day with salt and water but its healing up now cheers

but is there any cream or anything to heal it ?

aright lads i was out hunting a while back and my dog cut his ear i was just wondering what would be best to heal it ?
