I was wondering if anyone could help me. My partner and I both shoot and he also stalks. I want to give him a hawking experience for Christmas but all I have found is sort of plebby options. We live on the Devon/Cornwall borders and I would like him to have a go for a whole day with an actual bird roaming around the countryside, rather than follow a group of tourists around. He is thinking of keeping Harris Hawks in the future and so this would be a great introduction. Can anyone help or know anywhere that can? I am happy to pay, I would just like a decent instruction and ex
