Although for me coursing deer is totally unjustifiable be it it daylight or under cover of darkness, whether the perpetrator /s have permission to be on the land or otherwise. Although a point to be remembered is that by granting permission renders the landowner liable for prosecution under the Hunting Act 2004.     Might I suggest a slightly different order of actions Give you dogs away, drink your own pee, then and only then think about buying a gun. You never know you might find you enjoy drinking your own pee and feel the gun is unnecessary for your continued enjoyment.

    The mismanagement and cruelty perpetrated by the LACS warden at Barons Down is long running and well documents. There have been many calls place upon the RSPCA to act but they never seem to do. Preferring to spend their time rescuing kittens up trees and road accident mangey urban foxes which they then release adjacent to the nearest poultry farm.

    Well said. To claim no one is answerable, is not only naive, its bordering on the ridiculous. Just as assuming that someone condemns an activity due to an assumed lack of understanding. Just as claiming "unless you partake in something then your views are of little concern to those who have " is equally naive and ridiculous.     I see someone's been using the BASC measuring service. I have been following the discussion between that lot and the CIC lot about what system they have been using to score heads.

    LOL I suppose it all depends upon what is deemed to be a decent head. Its average or less even without blowing the photo up. A trip to Specsavers might just be what's needed. To remove the rose tinted lens that some seem inclined to wear.
