  6. So digging dogs don't have good homes, eh ??
  7. Good going friend, the red fellas are hitting the ground now.
  8. Maybe that's why I don't read books, would rather be out myself doing my own thing rather than reading about some other buck ejits experiences I don't even know. Nah.
  9. Someone would need to grow a pair or a few lads together grow a pair and go in and sort all these thieves out the fk... No matter who it is or how many caravans there is etc etc. the longer people's left to get away with it the more it will be done. Theyd be barbecued in there vans if they even thought off doing that round my way. Just being honest !!!! Sorry to hear about your situation. Atb
  10. Rabbit. Anyone wonder your staff caught it. Fecking things riddled, probably completely blind too.
  11. Do yous not think they're a bit expensive seeing you can get one made the style/size/shape you want for less than 20 quid. Plus you'll need at least two spades and a shovel if you plan to do a bit off digging. It's not a fashion parade lol
  12. I know a lightweight spade is handy carried but on hard/stoney ground IMO it takes something with a bit off weight about it.
  13. Gonna have to sky+ that mate and watch it tomorrow, early start in the morning. cheers for the heads up
  14. That's ok I like women lol, nice pics by the way
  15. Tube mate bar would be too heavy. That's the way I have all my tools made spades grafters and shovels. If your using the head of a general wooden shafted spade I'd recommend grinding a few inches of the end off the head and then sharpening the tip. That way there's less play or bend on the head and it will come in handy for chopping threw roots you may meet on the way down. Atb
  16. Take the head of any spade and get a length of steel welded onto it for the shaft along with a steel handle. Good solid spade for digging with and it will not break on you. Any welder will have it done in less than 10 mins and will only cost you a few quid, but will last for years. Atb
  17. Well if you wana go that deep like !!!!! Fm
