    bsa mercury just had new spring and seals fitted by gun shop, but still needs a bit of tidying up work, shoots very well £. in leeds could meet youhalf way, any good for you pal.

    hi john i cant find anything on it besides bsa mercury, and bsa guns ltd england .22cal . those guns you lads have look exelant. the shape of the butt and the screw holes are the same as your mk2 so thats probably which one it is, cheers lads. or maybe the butt has been changed,

    Any Idea? hi jasper ive just got it back it dosent say a mark on it, but it looks like its painted black, any idea how old it is mate.the black metal is original black paint.

    very tidy gun, nice 3--9x40 hawke sport scope very quite silencer and gun bag with built in guage £200

    i cant belive that pal, must have took you some time but it looks mint, i wish you lived near me id ask you to do mine, before i looked at new posts i took my mercury to gun shop, i dont know what mark it is ill let you know when i get it back but its a .22, its not in bad nick to look at but they tested it for me and its only doing 3ft pound, i left it with them to put new washers and a spring in it so should be ok when i get it back,,,,,exelant job you did.

    what do you think of them, i have had an old one for years and havent used it for about 8 years, i wouldnt use it now as i have a pre charge, if i got a new spring and seals put in it would it sell and at what price, probably a great gun for a beginner, what do you think . thanks.

    it dosent matter what they were classed as or used to be used for before, they are now more commonley used as gun dogs and are exelant at it, so use one for what ever job you want, they will do it well. but they are gun dogs ....
