  1. Ive got a DiaMex 12v 18AH battery attached to the end of my Striker.....Just got it out for after the summer, gave it a day and half on charge, went out last night (drove 15 mile) only to have it 'dim out' on me after about 3 runs!!!!.... I'm not that technically minded and wondered if anyone knows if this battery has had it..........or whether there is anything I can do to fix it?????........... don't really ant to have fork-out for a new one unless Im really forced to!!! I have used it regularly over the last 2 seasons, and it used to do 2-3 hours easily before! Thanks

  13. I would like some advise if at all possible. Hi folks - I need abit of info if anyone can help. About 3 weeks ago I sold my old car from card in the car window to a local man,who sells a few cars on ebay. He was happy when he viewed it, test drove the car, had someone look at it. He paid cash and signed a reciept saying 'sold as seen', with the mileage at that date and price paid. He called me today saying that he had subsequently sold the car on ebay after he'd only travelling 9 km in the same. After the new (new) owner came to pick it up yesturday, the head gasket unfortunately ble
  14. not really a question of many times before a catch but how the dogs were entered......I enter mine on easy droppers, that I know they could catch for certain..........so I could say they catch on their 'first time'...... MILKY, MIXY OR WHATEVER Pups that go out and miss time after time, start to jib and yap through fustration and boredom.............so I would say - DO IT PROPERLY AND GET IT RIGHT FROM DAY ONE!

  18. Have you just started applying the pelt?........... if so I would recon at 7 months, he finds it novel and is simply playing. You need to take it from him, and repremand when he starts to chew, before he gets into the habbit of if...... Try putting it in a pair of tights....I used to do this with spaniels to feather....just so they slowly get used to it
  19. You've watched 'My Sisters Keeper' aswell then! lol
  20. I'm bring one on at the moment.......... bred out of a 3/8 5/8 collie grey over a half cross collie grey... Extremely obedient and eager to please - bags of drive - very intelligent, learnes quick - excellent marker, and clued up on the lamp..........I used to think he was at times lazy, but soon figured that even at 14 months he wasn't going to expend bags of energy trying to catch something he knew he was going to miss. I am converted, and convinced that if your not doing too much heavy work, they're are the best in the business. I do agree to some degree to some elses post...
