    I've been trying to tag a wiley old dog fox with one ear for the last 6 years on a local spot..... He was an unusually big dog when I first spotted him all those years ago...............he still dosn't look that bad now!!.... Once saw a mates dog (that was usually quite game) course it on the lamp.......half way across the field red did a 360 locked in and fronted this lurcher that completely bottled it and sat down!!!!!!! ......where food is short and life is hard......... foxes can get into terrible condition.

    ..................the wounds seem to have dried and are healing nicley.. haven't let the pup off the lead...only took her for a couple of short walks................she is still favouing on leg and pulling it up abit...     this morning while out for a walk my young bitch......she lifed a rabbit and was full pelt after it when it dived under a fence..................the pup pulled up hard and the ground was hard and sandy.....she took 2 goods chunks out of both stoppers on the front legs, which beld like hell............. Panicking..... I quickly carried her home bathed the wounds in warm salty water and wiped with a meddy wipe and gave her quarter of a paracetamol and they just look very badly grazed on the underside...... she was limping but seems ok now......although she is feeling sorry for herself
