    good on you mate........start with the training straight away...but more focussed towards play!............ Puppies brains are like sponges until they're 6 month she get the basics in now. getting pups to sit for a treat is easy...you should be able to teach this in 2-3....... soft toys and socks can be thrown and retieved .......... and recall is easy........ simple call the dog...when its comes..fuss it up...... then call the dog and whislte twice....... in no time the pup will come back to 2 whistles.....     but on a serious note,yy dad had lurchers when i was born and my cousins always kept them,when i was 9 i was given my 1st dog a ghxfoxhound he was shit looking back but at that time i walked miles,and caught nothing to write about,odd hare over brindle and rabbits on the nab in chorley but i wouldnt swap them days for anything 40 plus yrs on from that 1st dog iam still here lamping ferreting and winding people up on the internet mark and long may it continue me ol' china i hope the lamping and ferreting never stop not sure about the winding up on the internet,mark it wi
