  1. Its nothing fancy......a Sony Cyber-shot 5.0 mega pixels..............my cousin got it off ebay.....cost pennies, but about £ in import tax LOL!!!. seems to take a good photo though for a cheap camera.

  4. As a kid whilst my mates were playing footy, and on their spectrums, I was out and about with me best mate - Grandad. We went everywhere together. Bird nesting, rabbitng, shooting, snaring, fishing, fereting. His influentce gave me a passion for the great outdoors, which is still with me today.   7. It seems a lot of folks are have lost their companions of late, which can be so saddening. Now Im not one for sympathy, but know first hand what a gutting feeling it is. In fact I was more upset at loosing my old springer collie cross (shep ) at 15 than I was when i family member died. Anyway, during this time a good freind sent me poem which was a real 'tear jerker'......so seeing as Im feeling a tad sentimental this morning, I thought Id share it with you - - and hope its brings a bit of comfort to our friends who are currenty grieving..... .   13. These dogs are gorgeouse - credit to you tod. They are both very simlar to my dog, only he is 3/4 grey and 1/4 Belgium sheppard! and similar to my bitch, who's Dam was of a half cross....and sire a solid blue minshaw dog]
  14. good result mate......................pups can soon 'switch off' if they fail everytime they course...they soon learn 'whats the point' when the lamp goes and theres no reward.

I was just reading an old dog book of my late grandfather dating back to the 1950's, and having a good old think - as one does from time to time In it, was a section about the Besenji - a dog I had heard nothing about. After reading about it I was intrigued, what a cracking little dog......dosn't bark...has excelent sight, nose speed and prey drive...... Would be great to throw into a lurcher, I thought......   20. ferckin unbelievable..........................the old mans is something else Just hope he dosn't get a bad knock a this age.... Clearly he loves it and still has the knack...............and stamina to run down all those reds........ I know of plenty of so called 'good lurches' ( a quarter of his age )that would be fecked after one!!!!!!! How did you manage to get him that fit so quickly after being retired? atb
