  3. yes they do - and some even give good dogs away as long as they get a ggod home, although granted they are in the minority. I wouldn't tar everyone with the same brush mate. and try to derail a post
  4. like I said - sometimes you've got to make use of what you've got - I am a working class man - no shame in that. I dont take offence to numpty half whitted commets, but i would suggest that you keep your negative comments to your self. Maybe you've got bags a dosh or perhaps you're a tradesman who could do a much better job (good on you if both of the aformentioned) - but in reality i would imagine that you're as self rightous prick with not many friends, who gets pleasure from pulling other people to bits..... contratualtions on failing :wankerzo4:
  5. after the theft of my last lurcher, i took down the old kennel block thinking that i was finished with dogs for good - Anyhow this was not the case so you've got to make the best out of what you've got . For the time being I've converted an old pigeon loft - its 12 x 6ft (20mil shiplat) with a 12 x 12 x8 ft section on the back constructed of 2 x 2 framework translucent panels in the roof.... along the full length are the nest boxes converted into a massive 2 tier ferret cage measuring 12 x 4ft - loft £100 - materials for rear section £ - not bad really. Needs abit more tarting up, b

  9. had a 3.5 year old bitch that was a natural on the lamp and with ferrets from an early age....... never a problem - got invited out for a days ferreting - using a pals ferrets - day started off with a few hard lie ups - resultying a a ferret getting stuck in a stop end and sufforcating - 6 mile away from home we entered the other one - my bitch missed a couple of bolters - and got fustrated. When the ferret appeared she mus have been that wound up she nailed and half killed it - wounded - day over.......... never done that before
  10. As some may recall my sadly missed bitch was stolen earlier on in the year.   14. Im no expert - just always enjoyed doodling - I find that pictures take on their own meaning when you are passionate about the subject - so i recon anyone can do it!!!!!!! - thanks for the comments ;-)
  15. I havent put pen to paper in almost 13 years, but knocked these up on a couple of quiet night shift last week - drawn on some scrap paper using a bic biro and a cup of cold black coffee for paint! some may recognise where i copied the pictures from atb Paul
  16. i always thought that for a gog to throw a bluem it had to have a reccessive blue gene on both the dam and sires side, and i've never seen a blue saluki - - i could be wrong though
