Mad. But if you get what you want, who cares what he calls it? Good luck. I was thinking that too. The only conclusion I can come to is that you will be able to purchase either an FAC air rifle, OR a rimfire in the stated calibre.

CZ for the .22. A few good Mods but I use a sak. Easy to clean, light weight and very effective. Just whispers when fired.

After poor quality/non trophy antlers to attempt to make some antler bone handles on a few knives. Willing to pay a bit for them, but not massive amounts. Cheers.

New Permission - What About Application?
Bunny Boiler replied to J_Edwards's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
On a closed ticket, land must be assessed by the chief of police. You've missed the train for putting it on your application, but when your feo comes round to do your interview, you can mention it and he will advise your best action. My ticket states that if land is shot before I am granted permission by another person, then I don't have to check with the Police, but if it isn't or the land owner isn't sure what it has been shot with, I fire off an email and they tell me if it has been checked and if it hasn't they check it for me. -
TVP are really quick. I had my initial interview on the Monday and my Cert. Arrived on the Friday.

Not specifically you mate. Had a few who have tried to buy, supposed to pay by paypal and dont pay up. You deleted your PM's, so assumed you were no longer interested. My phone defaults to being with held mate. This wasn't a dig at you, just a general, still for sale notice. -

Moving on mate. Will still ferret as friends and family have them, but I can't keep mine. Currently in with my 'rents and looking to move out soon. Ferrets won't be able to go with me to shared accommodation. Also busy with work etc and its not fair on them. -
Unfortunately I have made the decision to sell up on the ferreting gear for numerous reasons. After offering to close friends/family, its now up for sale. I have for sale 3 proven and excellent workers, all gills. 2 albinos and 1 sandy. Also have a MK3m finder and collar for sale. 2 large Ferplast indoor cages are also for sale with bottles, tubing, a hammock and platforms etc. Ideal for someone with limited space, but must be in garage/shed as they are open cages. Can be joined unofficially (tied together effectively) to make one large cage, or have a two seperatr cages. Very easy

Will you split it all up?

.22Lr Vs .17Hmr For Rabbits
Bunny Boiler replied to shropshire dan's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
How tight are you .22 groupings at 60 yards? Mine are on top of each other. At 100 yards they are about the size of a 2p piece. I give them just under a mil dot and as a result I shoot most of mine at -90 yards. No need for a .17. If they're lamp shy, different colour lamp or NV is the better option IMO. Atb, BB -
.22Lr Vs .17Hmr For Rabbits
Bunny Boiler replied to shropshire dan's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Not a lot of difference for the rabbits IMO. If you're selling/eating the rabbits, stick with .22 as the .17 makes a bit more mess and cost a bit more for 50 rounds. The .17 has a flatter trajectory, but alot of that is speed and weight related. If you do opt for the .17, I would expect a need for a better scope to see the benefit of further shot distances also. Most foxes are shot at 50 yards, and a well zero'd .22 to the head will drop a fox, and if you're actively searching for them, just use hornet rounds for now and don't get caught... I would put in for your variation in a few m -
Shoulda paid ya taxes then! A rebate would be nicer though!

Protection / Lubrication / Cleaner / Oil
Bunny Boiler replied to Ideation's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
VP90 is generally a good all rounder I've found. Napier and about £3.50-£6 depending on size of the can. -
Compoundarcher sells some pretty amazing cree lamps. I really recommend them.

Pup Has The Scuts
Bunny Boiler replied to fay's topic in Gamekeeping, Conservation & Shoot Management
Just because the other dogs are fine, don't discount the food. Pups are going to be more susceptible to illness, and if it continues, or vomiting occurs, take it to the vets. Theres a bit of parvo going on around my area. Not likely to be for your pup if it is just sloppy sh*t though. Atb, BB -
I find a tooth brush works well enough... No need for wire wool, but then I would describe the deposits as gritty in my mod. Some people may have a more "limescale" type deposit which I suppose is harder to get off. To the OP, how did you get on cleaning it?

700 acres today knocking on a livery yard on the way home from work. Including that 700, in the past 10 weeks I've acquired nearly 1500 acres on various estates, farms, livery yards and even a quarry for ducks and rabbits. Few key points I ALWAYS implement include dress and speech. Always dress in reasonable gear. Trackies and a hoody are a big no. Wellies are acceptable as you may be walking in muddy farm yards etc. First point is to get down to business and ask straight for the owner, you dont want to look like you're lingering so you can steal stuff from the yard and because whats the point

I'm dubious about these DIY fixes. You never know how its going to affect the mod itself as well. Stick to proven methods is my advise. It is a well known and effective method of cleaning diamond rings etc., etc, never tried it on a moderator! The difference is that I care about my Mod! She can do what the f**k she likes with her diamond ring! Lol. Using VP90 is a proven method for cleaning my mod, so I offer that as advise to people with the same mod. Diamonds are pretty tough. If you're pouring acidic liquid onto your mod, you have no idea what its doing to it over time. If you lightly coa
