The reason I ask is that I was going to be planting some trees in or arround the wood.
Probably a variation and also take advantage of the amount of pine (and similar) trees about to be thrown away.
I have been looking about our local shoot wood and wondering what type of trees pheasants like to roost in the best? Is it pine type trees, or the more open trees like oaks, chestnuts which brances arnt as close together.
I was counting days and then it appeared to go into weeks. I was waiting until she was standing to the lurcher and went to see the stud. On the third time she took him. I put it down to been different and she was not comfortable. Each bitch is different.
I had this happen once with two sisters and will not allow oy to happen again as for some reason had two litters of deformed babies. For what reason i am not sure, it may not have been that they were together or may have been another reason. But for mr personally i would not do it again.
but yes they are just been mum.
These pups look proper crackers and breed for own use. My lad works on rabbits for ferreting, lamping and also used on a shoot picking up. These are priced at working mans prices and travelled some distance to get this to happen. My lad has some speed and surprised people her has been out with and picks up this quick.
these pups will be great rabbit dogs and more if your off this land!!
I was just about to make a bed box in the kennel for the terrier and measured it out and it doesn't look very big. Hoe big should a bed box be? I measured it out 600x600mm but he is a big lad at 16 tts.
any help or advice on it?
i was going to board the bottom and have 100mm of polystyrene at the bottom to keep some heat in and also and a upstand to it to keep a draft out and a lid.
