    its a small world getting permission ,i personally think the best idea is if you see loads of pigeons flying and ask to go shoting them on a day to day basis .get your feet in slowly worse they can say is NO they think there doing you the favour but its the other way round ive done it locally my self and its worked now the lands coming to me ,but you was blunt what you was asking permission for ,ratting and pigeons is a good start ,the dogs and lamps are last orders

    nice write up jim we had a good day we was all happy and the farmer was aswell, plenty more days to come and loads of more land to cover just not enough time ,and i agree with you royston is a good lad if any one round sheffield area needs a extra body for some help hes your man ,honest and trustworthy ,hes relaible and would probly travel further afield ,cheers see yo soon lads

    Core strength will make you take a better punch ....ive seen lads coming into gyms wanting to lump up to work on doors etc....many have very good core strength naturally without lifting weights...they then improve their strength by lifting weights,go stand on a door on a friday night and get knocked spark out because in their own mind they think because they have far above average strength they can take a punch.............ive seen it too may times......i think you underestimate what a correct defense can do for a boxer,Amir Khan is a perfect example......to folk who know what they are look

    Yes ive seen most of Vinny,s fights my young nephew was training him when he was with Paul Cook but he,s got a bit above himself lately following his brother to go with Frank Warren....he,s had a lot of time out with injury and other problems....thats the trouble a lot of these youngsters are turning pro far too early and spending time treading water to get where they would have been anyway if they,d stayed amateur a while longer.
