I've found the half x comes on slower and is a lot steadier but the 3/4 is up and running at a year old and for Ferreting they slow down the second season but there the ones I've had and when the 3/4 is to be bred from I would use a terrier
Don't need any more Spaniel in her but that just me
Love that little dog, seen her in those vids, a great little dog a real busy type.
for a young bitch i am over the moon with her thats why i went that way again 3/4 bred
never had a 3/4 terrier spaniel over a few years had 3/4 spaniel x terrier and first xs spaniel x terrier and had all the mixes spaniel terrier beagle
why i like the x with a bit of terrier in them size and there not so full on as a pure spaniel had a couple of pure spaniels there to full on in my eyes BUT everyone sees things different
my old bitch is a springer x patt to be honest work her everyday steady as a rock a enjoyment to have owned
i bred her two years ago to a cocker to get the bitch i have now and i must say everything and more shes a 3/4 spaniel x terrier great co
