    just a quick question lads , when i was out a week back working a dyke early in the morning i looked into one of the holes and steam was coming out , i didnt know if this was an indication of a rabbit breathing or something other , i just ask as i sent two jills down and nothing appeared to be home , was the steam and indication of a rabbit breathing or something other ? Jack.

    looks clean and effective , may give it a go . my dad showed me a method where you cut along the belly and take the front and back legs and throw the rabbit forward across your body and it gets all the guts out without even touching them.

    Theres a few good books to hand , have a look on the net . one of my first books were Ferrets and Ferreting by Peter Whitaker for the working side and for the care was Ferrets care and breeding by Ian C. Rickard. two very good books and sure to teach you a thing or two.

    approach the local farmers smartly and ask politely , the worse they can say is no , insurance will make you look more professional too and show your there and the real deal
