Bump just puts it up the page again. Yes he is thats correct he is gun nervous (shy) Soon as he sees it hears it hes off, Had him oot to the rooks and he bolted under the truck. Fine with a stick an things like that but as soon as the gun comes out the slip he just cours up.

Pros and cons, Now dont quote me on this but i would say that .243 bullets would be more readily avalible in almost every gun shop ?? And limited to 100grn which is not a problem but is right on the mark for Deer in Britain.

Hi Folks, I have a Black Lab Dog 18mths old fully inoculated good ped and K/C Reg 3/4 trainned for sale. Now this is a difficult one, He seen out the tail end of last season beating, picking up and rough shooting, He was really coming on great but had him to the Rooks a couple of months back and to my horror he has become gun shy, Everytime i take the gun out of the slip he is off, As you could imagine i was totally GUTTED ! Tryed taking him out without the gun with my wife shooting in the distance and slowly edging closer tryed allsorts. I work all over the world off-shore so dont

Personally i use Sako 100grn Game heads in my Sako.243 and get great results @ around £17 a box of 20. But i think Federal do a good bullet Classic & Premier i think ?

I live in Scotland so not sure the rules down south but a 6.5x55 is a nice calibre but IMHO i prefer a .243 with 100grn bullets as i get excellent carcase condition on both Roe & Red. Does a nice job on Charlies as well. Hope thats of some help.

I used to have a Shogun (swb) then bought a Defender had i a couple of years then bought a L200 Warrior but sorry guys had to go back to the tryed and tested Defender. Think at most my L200 would do about 25 mpg tops. Slightly more in the Landie but its a work horse not a show horse like the L200 seemed to be.

if i can get the feckin thing back on the road then no probs. drove it up from newcaslte with no brakes, no exhaust, no mot, no tax, the shocks were fecked, the front tires rubbed on the bodywork and the front brake lines. the guy i bought it off phoned me on the way home and i thought at the time he was being nice, , turns out he was making sure he was not going to jail for murder Oh well at least ill hear ye coming !
