The show we attended was the blanchland and hunstanworth to give it it's full name.on bank holiday Monday,I know a few years ago there was two terrier and lurcher show s held each year at the same place perhaps it's these your thinking of..
Evening, the blanchland was held today, great show, great setting , something for everyone, terrier show, gundog Scurry, horses, agriculture, well worth a visit make a note in the diary for next year..
It's here the big,in beaters day the one we've all been waiting for, up here ( northeast) the weather,s been very cold all pointing to a good day and still plenty of birds about, so everyone have a good and safe day...
Evening all something that was talked about on a shoot recently , does feeding fresh bones to a dog encourage hard mouth or is it something that is hereditary past on to pups from a hard mouthed dam or sire,
I ask, I've given me dogs sweet corn mixed in with their food had no problems with that ,like you have said it passes straight through them , why I asked, a lad I spoke to the weekend his spaniel had a corn kernel lodge in the intestine .
Has anyone had problems feeding dogs with sweet corn, spoke to a lad today, his spaniel had a blockage caused by a single piece of corn , is this common or just bad luck?
