its wrapped up in freezer bud, i am going to get it done shortley being meaning to get it sorted for a while. will put pics up when i get it done. run the piece of land where it was caught for years and never seen one like it.

Has any one caught or seen a hare this colour before? Its the first one i have seen, spoke to a few old dog men and none of them seen one. So just wondering if they is a few about or not.

Drax Roxy and Razor were all class animals. Watched a DVD a few weeks back with them all on plus another one from the litter with Drax taking 5/5 and it was not the biggest of land either. Sally the mother to Garys red was also on it. -
thats what it is all about the enjoyment, watching the dog run thats all i am intrested in and being out in good company. never being in the matching circles so just never done it but a few people i have spoke to seem to think a dog is not a good one till its won matches. hope lauren makes the grade foy you. atb in slips

I know what you are saying but i have seen a few well known men matching near me and catching very little. On one occasion 1 betwwen 5 of them which decided the result of a 5 way match, not good in my opinion. Not knocking matching at all but just saying there are dogs never matched out there just as good and in some cases better. atb in slips

How come alot of you guys seem to think a dog has to be matched to be good or worthy of breeding from? I know if a dog wins matches it proves it is good but they is plenty out there what are not matched just as good. Never matched a dog in my life but my dogs get run hard twice sometimes three times a week and dont let me down, just because there is money at stake means nothing.

If it is the Ruby i am led to believe he has, an old fella i know bred her out of a bitch off Beast to a black n tan dog from scotland cant remember his breeding. My dad reared her to 15 months, she was catching a fair few but he had to get rid because you could not keep her quite in the kennel. This is if its the same bitch.

Hi karlsberg, just wondering if you know the sire to the mother of a bitch i have as you seem to know alot about this line. The mother of my bitch was direct from seagull and owned by a fellow called titch from cumbria, bitch was called titch aswell. i know its a long shot but any info would be appreciated. thanks

why push a dog so far it needs to jack, take them home with a run left in them. all my dogs get well tested and not one has jacked yet.
