    i got the recoding lead this morning for the ns 200 i will be showing some footage shortly on all my guns . from short range on air rifle to long range on my 223. i also got the n550 to show and the sniper cam

    They will all go clear. it just means the aspheric and LED are at the correct focal length to see the die in the LED. now thats fully focused. We dont want them fully focused or you get the dirty image ie black line or grids. Moving the LED even a few points of a millimetre forward will make all the difference. The NM800 is fitted with the same LED so the fact some have a thick line or others a grid, IMO is just differences in tolerances in the manufacturing process, have a play around with it and you'll get a nice clean image.     yes i know what they are . just wanting to know what other peoples units were like . are they all different? . can you order a particular one?. was i just lucky to get one thats clear?

    i have a nite Master ir that gives a clear beam with no marks. my mate as one thats got a vertical thick line. then one of the lads came . and he as a nite master that is showing a grid ? WATS yours like.

    seems your geting whatt i am with the ns 200. i got mine on a rapid fac . when the silencer is on, the picture is really bad . if i remove it i get picture out to 70- yds clear image . it seems to me if your gun has a long barrel like mine then your going to have to lift the unit up, as the ir is bouncing of it.im going to make a bracket to lift the unit as it seems this is the only answer to the problem. when i get the recording lead i will show you what i mean.

    just been looking thru my old stuff i have a cheap camera and a cctv lens that will give you 100yds and more. then all you need is a cheap screen off ebay and a power pack . then your looking at a way to fasten your unit to the back of your gun .i just used a piece of plastic pipe. fitted the camera and the lens in and then made sure it was a tight fit on my scope. if your still interested in making your own unit i will put a film on YouTube showing how its done. if your wanting to buy all new of ebay. then again let me know and i will put some ebay numbers up to point you in the right directi

    i was out filming last night i had nite hunters unit on my 223 i was using my ags scope on 16x mag and the sniper cam on 8x mag. i was using is knew ir laser . as promised it took the unit out over 1000 yards . with the unit being on 8x mag and the scope on 16x does that mean i was using over 100x mag the footage is on youtube under b4ger731

    Simple question: Are you financially or commercially related to Night Hunter products or the owner(s)? Reason I ask is you seem to push this particular product & rubbish all the other products, pretty consistently in all posts related to this kind of NV equipment. Its not a crime if you are, but it detracts from the ability to make objective decisions by folk on here. For my part, I emailed the owner with an information request, and 2 weeks later,.... nothing. Pretty indicative of potential customer support I'd say. I'll pass. I guess nil reply is the answer.....

    hes been right busy. but he tell me you have been talking to him and hes told you [bANNED TEXT] you need to know. the unit i use is the hd unit with the 700tvl unit .i use the hd unit as i like to record [bANNED TEXT] i shoot . the other unit still gets the same ranges but it doesn't record as good .so if you not into recording go for the cheaper unit

    im using nite hunters sniper cam. its good out to 300yds plus .i have shot foxes with it no problem at all and i have film them . i am using the unit with a 300mw ir laser. but i have just bought the new ir system of him its the turbo ir unit . i haven't got round to getting it out on the foxes yet. but i will be out with it over the weekend keep watching my channel on you tube as i record every thing i shoot. if i dont see any foxes i will record some distances and put it on YouTube under b4ger731

    the trouble is a grand isn't enuf for [bANNED TEXT] your needs are. unless you go digitall . i have a nite hunter unit and have shot foxes out to 250 yards the footage is on you tube under b4ger731 .non of the other digitall stuff can give a pitcher like it. and you would only spend about half you grand. i sold my pvs 14 i dont need it any more. some people dont like digitall but i love it . i press a button and the unit records as im shooting . the unit as been tested on a 243 .go on you tube and see it perform
