  1. thanks for info lads iv been down to the wash today to check out the accesses and have a good look around in the daylight.it all looks good and i cant wait till we get some weather and ill be on it.iv got a permit and having looked around today think its really good value for money for the amount of shore you have to hunt.
  2. has anyone been on the s.l.w.c areas on the wash and had any results.just got my permit an keen as mustad but have not had chance to get there yet but if anyone can point me in the right direction to get a shot it would be appreciated.

  4. thanks for your replies im doing a fair few turks mostley for xmas presents for my friends an family.any extras ill sell on. i doubt ill make my millions but itl keep me occupied and saves me alot of christmas shopping

  6. id give myself a 7 i think if you have enough time and patience you can get any dog to do what you require in terms of obedience but i think over training can definately be detrimental to a working dogs performance especially lurchers.if the dog is so well drilled in obedience that takes away a certain amount of drive in its work as the first and foremost thing in that dogs mind is the thought to react to your command now that command may only take a second but as we all now that second could be the difference in a catch or the dog not quite getting up to its quarry before it slips under a fen
