  2. Socks was line bred down from Eastaff Danom not only one of the most prolific sires of show dogs but threw gameness in to his offspring, among his progeny are Culiogh dogs, Senkrah line dogs, Badgerlea and Jolihem.
  3. Todays younger crowd do not know any better, they think that the modern show type are the real deal. Billy Rickards dogs had a lot of the pitbul line, Pitbul Amanda being bred from the showchamp Eaststaff Danom, Derrymacash Rascal was line bred to this dog who produced a lot of game workers.
  4. have you ever owned a good english bull they move as well as any staff Yes i've had a couple of gud ones, they didnt have free movement, niether do showbred staffies tho.
  5. A friend of mine tried gettin injectable penicillin, but they will only sell to vets.
  6. They have a very peculiar gait, like a shire horse, do not move as well as a sbt, best lines in my humble opinion, Gabar, Aricon.
  7. A flirt pole neednt be a proper job, i have little rag ropes and when i want to do some flirt pole i tie one to a broom handle with an old lace, it works a treat, altho its a little cumbersome.
  8. Its a good idea to have concrete and wooden sleeping boxes, i made the mistake of having wooden floors n walls, even varnished em but they get messy if dogs are pooin n pissin all the time.
  9. I think the perfect patt is 12 to 13 inch to the shoulder, i know some bull crosses that get up to 18 inch. But 12 - 13 is spot on for going to ground. What do others think.
