i think deerhound x greyhound, and the sire was deerhound x collie/grey

he told me which way they were bred but for the life of me i cant remember what he said, he did write it down for me but left the note there

i run a few whippets, what breeding is he?

i have 1 dog pup left out of litter of 7, dam is half saluki x greyhound x whippet, sire is mike browns glen pedigree whippet, he is my pick of the litter which i kept back, he is now 14 weeks old, strong legs and back with a good head on him.

i had a daniff a while ago and it was a real weapon of destruction when had the chance, not much slower than my ex track greyhound and no health problems while i had him, maybe a fluke or the mastiff maybe diluted the danes health problems

just an update she has caught another couple on lamp and were`nt easy ones so i guess it was/is inexperience, she is the first dog that im training from scratch so im a bit green myself

whether she comes great or carries on as she is she aint going no where

sound advice people thanks, i think im just a bit over eager and she does need a few more nites to get in the swing of things

the breeding is sound, take last nite missed half a dozen squatters up close but she ran them no problem, its just the finishing letting her down

just started my 13 month old whippet bitch couple months ago, she already had a few daytime rabbits but seems to be lacking a good strike on the lamp, is this down to inexperience?
