    Hello Guys, I need some help/advice with tuning etc. I have a 2010 tx200hc mk3 in .177 all standard parts that i am going to service in the near future, it is running about 10.5 ftlbs with 4 washers of spring load with no issues. Rather than just a standard service i would like some advice on increasing the power back up to about 11.8 ftlbs but at the same time reduce the amount of washers (spring load) used. Also i would like to make the action noise as quiet as a tx200 can possibly be with the above power level, i have already added a custom made carbon Nutshot silencer that has taken aw

    I was ref to FAC policy/rules and rifles on ticket etc. don't get me wrong I think the hw80 is one of or the best self contained rifles in FAC, but was after info on gas ram....

    Arrr Mr Pianoman, Thats the kinda information i was getting at, to the point and relevent to what i am asking, as i am fully aware of fac policy/rules and the complecations regarding buying fac and sub 12. So back to the question, both the hw90 and maybe the theoben evolution could be up to the job, i understand your a big fan of the hw80 and also am myself after shooting a pals venom tuned fac one and must say what a joy to use, but would really like a gas ram and after some research ( if you can confirm ) have found the older mk1 hw90 may have a longer stroke and bore size for this p

    Well that is only part of the question, i would like to know if what i am asking is actually possible and worth while and not a total waste of time and money in putting it on ticket so would like the option to covert back to sub 12ftlbs and not lose money on the rifle, so more of a technical question really.     Hi all, I would really appreciate some feedback/technical knowledge regards gas rams and in particular the hw90 and older theobens with adjustable valve, After some research and visits to my two local gun shops I have narrowed it down to the hw90 and Theobens and will be purchasing a gas ram in the near future with the intention to upgrade at a later date. I already own/use Rapid 7, hw100, s410 and tx200`s and understand that Pcp`s would be the better option or a tuned HW80.     Wanted is a HW80 preferably in 22 flavour ( may consider other caliber) in various stages of tune etc. tell me what you have I can do cash or as title a swap for a 2010 Air Arms Tx200hc .177 mk3 in very good condition with a one off custom made Nutshot carbon male 1/2 inch thread silencer ( also fits the air arms s510 I believe ) which is very lightweight and attached leather sling an studs etc. I will prefer a face to face cash/swap and am located in East London but have a permission shoot in Essex so open to different areas as well.     I have a MTC VIPER 10X44 IRS SCOPE that retails for around £150 ( link with details below ) the reason for the sale is i think this scope is overkill with all the features for just hunting and maybe better suited for HFT or target, the scope is in very good condition with no marks or damage etc but no box. I would like £110 for the scope if local face to face or see below for other options I could also swap the scope for another in the same price range but needs to be mil dot and variable zoom if possible, if a cheaper scope may be able to deal with a nice sling, bag or cash.
