  1. Hi, sorry I didn't get a notification and just found this thread again! Thanks very much for the interest/advice. I actually showed him the Ultra SE which is an option and as much as I highly rate the quality of BSA (and build quality is a big thing to me, and reliability) it just didn't feel too "right" in the hand (mine OR his). Its very short and stumpy, with a pretty thick stock and palm grip. He only has small hands, and like me he like the look of a traditional style rifle. I saw a Webley Raider in the shop and we both liked it, it just felt SOOO right in the hand. I wouldn't touch
  2. SOOOOOOOO Sorry for reviving such an old thread, but I am looking at one of these for £330 and not sure if that's good value or not. Also, does anyone know the WEIGHT of these things (scoped or unscoped, just want a rough guide to compare against others as my son will shoot it and don't want something TOO heavy (don't mind a bit of weight though).   4. Hi sorry to open an old thread but found this thread when trying to find out what type of thread is on my rifle. I have just bought a Tikka M595 in .223. It is new, despite having been sat on shelf in RFD for years i reckon! It came screwcut from the factory but I have been told I need to check the thread type before buying a mod. Does anyone more knowledgeable than me know what type of thread it will have on it? It is a M595 Master Whitetail Hunter .223, hoping someone can help. Any recommendations for mods would be great too. Currently between an ASE Utra at £300 vs a Reflex T8 at £125 (used
