  2. no, can't go shooting cats,not good especially if i shoot mi own ha ha, can see what ur saying though, they can be a pest

  4. yea right lol be interesting when we get our bird, have to keep an eye on't cat make sure she doesn't get too close ha ha, to be honest she's a great little hunter in her own right but frightened of anything bigger than a sparrow lol
  5. JUST INTERESTED TO SEE HOW MANY FOLKS ON HERE WHO HAVE BIRDS ALSO HAVE CATS AND WHAT THE SITUATION IS REGARDING THEM BOTH WHEN CLOSE TO EACH OTHER (IF AT ALL POSSIBLE) (i'm sure i'll get some interesting replies lol)
  6. yea buzzards are supposed to be the most common brid of prey here in britain and we have a good few around here where i live (north of ripon), see plenty when i'm at one particular farm house and can hear them in the woods

  11. cheers mate just have to hope he pulls through this one. managed to buy 2 vouchers on ebay for a course close to us, very lucky, less than half price so bargain!
  12. no rush mate but thanks, dad's just been taken back in to hospital tonight so i'll be going to harrogate in't afternoon, will text/ring friday f that's ok,cheers, got a course lined up also for me and the missus, hopefully get that sorted for mid september

  16. The Ripley Falconry Experience - Bank Holiday Monday 29th August: Come and see Ben Potter's amazing falconry displays both flying and static. Throughout the day there is an opportunity to have hands on experience with a selection of raptors including vultures, eagles and owls. Time: 9.30am - 4.30pm. Flying displays will take place at 11.30am, 1.00pm and 3.15pm. Special tours of the Castle for Children will take place at 10.30am and 1.45pm.
