in my opinion bloodlines are not the be all and end all, I have a very honest dog here, has got hardly any ftch in the pedigree, but he's an honest dog, with all the good qualities and seems to be siring quality pups... its about the work you put in aswell as harnessing the dogs natural ability, don't get me wrong I would like to work with a dog with a pedigree full of FTCH, but we all know the trainers behind them have made their status up..
These top trainers can work with poor cases and make them Ftch I take my hat off to them..
Just stay true to yourself and the dog, lots of small doses
