  1. It depends upon how its described in the shipping doc. i.e sample, gift, warranty repair, or goods purchased. If purchased have credit card receipt sent under different postage. US company's have to legally comply with the now very strict US export laws. So if I bought something here in the US and shipped it to you as a "gift", there would be no import or export duties. Right?
