    455 thumb hole stock, great gun,can't fault it. MTC tiapan scope,SAC mod. Only thing i found was i needed 10 shot mag, only 39 quid!

    I bought a pair of mouflon boots in april 2010 about £200! hardly used them,still look new!Just started everyday use about 2 months ago,anyway yesterday the hard bit inside sole must of cracked in 2 (you can't see it, it's between rubber sole and inside lining). Wondered if anyone else had same problem? Rang shop they said send back to them and they'll send to le chameau could take 4 to 5 weeks she said! Think i'll of worn skin off me feet by then like .

    I am going to buy a lamp to scope mount on .17hmr, loads to choose from! I have mates who use clulite but i fancy lightforce striker sl170 with belt battery pack.I've found a kit on web just wanted some feed back on sl170 striker before i buy.

    Heard good and bad about these! End of the day you get what you pay for! I looked at them but decided to take the plunge and buy a browning maxus,but that has given me plenty of trouble! Think mine must of being made on a friday afternoon or monday morning! On a good run with it at minute though hope it lasts.

    Only one springer at minute,normal have a springer and a lab but got old springer put down in 2009 then lab died 10 weeks later! So was left with none! Got this one last year she's 18 month now doing well, she know's what it's all about and learning all the time she'll be a good un! Will get another prob next year so theres a couple of years between them.

    Like i said in other posts i was so sick of gun misfiring i could of chucked it in hedgeback!i If you know a better oil that is'nt sticky i'll try it! I use napier on 687 just thought it was a bit sticky, used to oil it with that but got misfire problem.When your as p@##ed off as i was, you'll try anything!

    Me and me mate had a go on another field on thurs, got 41 we shot poorly, should of had loads more!Trying to keep them off 3 fields close together was a mare!!! We should of taken some flags! o well must remember next time.Still enjoyed it though don't get to shoot together much.

    Easy really, can't go wrong!!!! just don't take trigger group to bits when you have it out.That burnt bit on the magazine is a bitch!,but i use bore solvent(it's what i use to clean rifle bore)comes in a little bottle.I just put a bit on a kitchen towel and work it into burnt bit,then wipe it all off.If you don't get burnt bit off you'll notice it sticks when you slide it back and forth by hand.The stripping down part is in owners manual.

    Went out yesterday shot 100's of shells no prob at all ,came home did full strip down to clean it again.Don't want to talk to you like your green as grass, but this is what i do and it's worked last twice!Barrel off,gas system off then pull piston off end(pull hard)!clean with cloth and oil.Remove bolt action strip it apart(it'll fall to bits anyway) clean with WD40 and kitchen towel,remove trigger group(just two pins holding it)wipe clean then flush with WD40 then blow or shake off excess.NOW THIS BIT IS'NT IN BOOK!On magazine part(where piston slides) i always get a very burnt bit that is h

    Took maxus out today shot 25 shells no probs Had it in loads of bit other night like!Out on pigeons tomorrow,not taking any chances,taking 687 siver pigeon as back up!It's 15 year old,got it new and it's never let me down ,got maxus cos 687 was too good to throw about in hide!I'll let you know how it goes.

    Went for walk out this morning shooting pigeons with my maxus semi-auto and it randomly would'nt shoot 2nd shot or a couple of times the 1st shot! .Had to cycle unshot load out then it was ok.Came home stripped down and cleaned + oiled it,try it tomorrow.Anyone else had same problem?It's just over a year old.

    Thought i'd have a quick walk out with gun and pup this morning,did'nt expect to see about 1000 birds swathed rape.Sat in corner for an hour shot about 50! going to go back better prepared later in week!

    i bought a cz 455, varmint barrel,laminated thumbhole stock,MTC tiapan 4-16x50 scope,sac mod,gun slip,ammo+bore snake all for £850! what a gun! No probs with trigger.Shot loads with it quite a few @ 120+yards head shots!
