I take feck all, I just eat what I think is good for me, porridge with fruit on in the morning, two sarnies and four fruits at dinner, salad at night normally and maybe a piece of toast later. At my works medical in January I was told I’d put a stone on in a year. I’ve soon lost that, in fact I’ve lost a stone and a half and feel much better for it. I’m quite active during the day, walking miles rather than driving
