  1. One suspects he may have written ironically
  2. Fantastic experience well shared - thank you I've not shot a deer yet of any species but it's certainly on my list. How lucky you are covering all 6 and what a lovely setting. Duncan.
  3. These people belong on the general license with any class of firearm.
  4. So I make a comment and turn my back for a while and just look what happens!
  5. Dammit - kinda liked the avatars! Perfect excuse for having any illicit material on screen when the wife glances over Made me LMAO with the 'isn't a license to show filth' statement Duncan. PS - youngest knows the 'c' word for the first time from this very website.
  6. Excuse my ignorance,but what's a PHYSCO.Is it a dyslexic PSYCO(path)... er psycho?
  7. First frost for us this morning! Lovely warm day with plenty of sunshine in the afternoon though, so got some rifle practise in
  8. Please do let us know what they find!!!! Could be a valve, barrel fixing or something I've not come across before. I hope it comes back A1, ATB Duncan.
  9. Try talking to Weihrauch; they will be ashamed of the fact they have sent more than 1 rifle out that wasn't right. Honestly, I'll be shocked if they don't bend over backwards for you. Cheers Duncan.
  10. We had a similar problem, but happily the wife was a member of the local chapter from the age of 14, so (divine?) intervention descended on the scum. Nothing since I'm happy to say.
  11. The beach scenes and caravan fire were filmed here. Jean de Florette and Manon Des Sources for me, have to be watched back to back though (and in the original French, not bastardised Eeeengleesh ). With you on both of those - the original books, if anything, are even better.
  12. The Mission. Hate to admit it, but in 'Mrs Doubtfire', the bit where he is pleading for his kids tends to make me well up
  13. Handy looking tool there mate. Please keep us updated with how it shoots! Duncan.
  14. It can't hurt to have a clean barrel to start with eh, Zini? At least you know you're starting from base zero.

    Macca

Paul mccartney is already upset with his new wife; she is already spending twice as much on shoes as the last one.
  16. Yes, my HW100S only takes a few pellets (about 10 from memory), so with 120 put through it, I don't think this is causing your grouping issue. Cheers D.
  17. Accupells tend to be quite hard to damage as they are quite a short tailed pellet and robust. I reckon a JSB type pellet may be worth a go: JSB Exacts, AA Field, H & N FT Trophy's etc. I've had rifles that don't get on with a particular brand of pellet as badly as you described. Good luck mate, Duncan.
  18. another vote for hawke on a springer. I had a 95K; always regretted selling it
  19. I too doubt its an overly dirty barrel. I do occasionally clean my hw100s barrel, about every 1000 shots or if the accuracy goes off. Then after cleaning the barrel, it takes about 10 shots to lead it back in enough to get accuracy back to perfection. I would recommend trying some different ammo and definitely inspect the pellets you are using for deformation etc as Markha suggested. Out of curiosity, what pellets are you using? Cheers D.
  20. Wait til the frosts hit: Then its game on!
  21. How many shots have you put through it? Also what is the rifle? Is there any play on the barrel? Is the scope secure? Sorry to answer a question with a load more! Duncan.
  22. They don't like their authority questioned.
  23. No worries Joe; as long as you've got someone to have a session with Duncan
  24. Apparently the speed at which he withdrew meant thats all that was available to the hounds No matter what breed or intent.
