They were born Wednesday, i was advised i had 5 days, is this incorrect???

Hello I am hoping someone on here can help. My working spaniel had a litter on Wednesday. They are all going to working homes (with the exception of the one bitch) and the new owners have requested that they have their tails docked. I have contacted my vets and a few other local vets and they won't do it. We have letters, shotgun licenses etc from the new owners but still can't get anywhere. Can anyone suggest anywhere in Northumberland that would be able to help Many Thanks
