    what a good bit of luck me and my mate have been having of late every weekend for the past three week we have had a dig. the first two was nothing much just two in shallow drains but we managed to get his young pup working on one the young dog marked and stayed until dug to which was a good result in itself i think. This morning was a bit more testing the farmer had seen a few around this area so we tried a little three hole spot in a small patch of trees at the bottom end of the farm. both pup and the old dog marked strong, the young dog was tied to a tree and the old boy was collared up and

    the thing is he is probably one this site somewhere reading all this if he is he doesn't need to wait for his old gang to get back together i will meet him somewhere with his mate an lets see if he can jump on my head........... o right i forgot his type only pick on the old and young dont they.

    just wondering how far some of you lads travel to hunt with packs, i dont just mean on a one off or just to a big meets now and again, i mean every weekend without fail up early doors and on the road. atb adam

    I have just got back mate it was a good show was plenty there and the weather was cracking which always helps.

    To be fair the bull x dog class was very strong a lot of good well worked dogs in it i wouldnt want to have had to pick a winner Adam

    one of the terrier books that i got for my 26th birthday what a fantastic book its one of the first harcombe books i have read i will be defo getting more, storys of the digs and the pic are spot on and the section were it talks about breeding is also good its made me look at the breeding of terriers in a different way, that guy really knows his terriers.

    If 95% of the foxes in your area are in the rocks mate you have to work them, thats the difference mate a rock dog will always come out if it can just a long wait sometimes usta work the rocks as a kid with the old man and his buck dogs
