Agree with you there,any lurcher I find homes for at the kennels I help out at I always point them in the direction of the local lure coursing clubs.Some like it some dont see the point in the same way some dogs will run some just dont see a placcy bag worth the hassle,I'd rather see someone take on a dog and do something with it.

  6. I took a dog on last year in some state from being permanently kennelled,ditch the bike for now. I took some advice from skycat which was pretty much common sense but worked well,road walk the dog for a few weeks(trotting and building up the the miles slowly) building up lost muscle while bonding I used hydrotherapy aswell to build up without any additional strain on the dog then after a couple of months then started with the bike. This may not be what you want to hear time scale wise but the slow and steady approach worked wonders for my dog. Good luck and pump it full of good quality grub

  8. i gave up my hgv when i got to the medical at 45, no way on this earth would i have passed it, plus i was getting horse from shouting Cnut out of the window all day I know where your at I now have a milbro and bb's for persistent offenders..........it's only the prostitute murdering that keeps me here now!!!!!! Haha

  15. Yeah I have been using one for a year now great bit of kit imo!!!!Some complain the beams to tight but I really don't have any issue dog works fine on it and great for walking my rescue lurcher late at night along footpaths

  17. I think the only time I would supplement dogs would be if I was working them flat out to aid recovery times not for physique or bulk as a good balanced diet and work would do that naturally.
  18. Gain,redmills,skinners,chudleys greyhound. Rarely are any 2 dogs the same mate and you need to feed to the individual needs of each dog.
  19. I wouldn't give pound mutts wagg!!!!! Have you wormed him recently? Loads of info on here for decent complete and barf feeding mate.
  20. Fair play mate,what's the process of taming them you go through and at what age or is there already tame stock locally?
  21. If they were reliable they'd be used in DDA cases.
