Mine have never like water more than a paddle. Even though a lot of people say beddy blood likes water. My dads beddy whippet loved swimming though. Even the terrier aint too keen for the sake of it unless hes on something. Commanche is that dog a kelpie half cross litter on here a few years ago?

So will the antenna on that type of tracker take abuse from a terrier hitting deep cover? And can they be submerged?

Time flies. Shame you never bred from him. Hope things get better for you. He’s your dog only you can decide but if in no pain I’d leave him be pottering about. My old bull cross bitch was full of lumps but lasted a few years until 13.

Ive seen them ferreting net harnesses torchey sells. My mates got one and there good bit of kit but I go light anyway with enough nets in smock poachers pocket at back and a kangaroo pocket at front. Not bad for £15 But these might be useful for someone.

Dont know how big a brand cyclops is or how many lamps they do but Ive got a cyclops and like it as much as my striker I broke. Cant tell the diff to striker beam really, but think its diff model to that on the link, I paid about £50. Prefer the switch on back of the lamp to light force trigger.

Great post mate really enjoyed that. Regret not going new zealand when I had the chance. So is domestic ferret breeding banned because stoats etc are deemed such a pest if you have any escapees? Do they not have fox in NZ like Oz?

Fell down a temu wormhole looking at random stuff. These might be handy for picking up at night if using purse nets and its not too on top.

Yeah I did mate just for the sake of it wont make it any easier wipe down or more waterproof. Just because really. Yeah not much light is going to get to it is it. Mines tiny anyway so only took 5 mins, just have a separate metal chicken run thing give them bit more space at times.

Looks good gnipper I did the same but smaller hutch and only the floor. Makes it load easier to clean doesn’t absorb any smell/damp in timber.
