Had ferrets myself for a number of years and my friend has for the past 30 years and he has never heard of this ither! best bet is take it the vet or phone up and ask to talk to the nurse and explain in detail, am sure they will help. better to be safe! ferret is just as important as a dog ATB mate keep us posted
What quarry will you be wanting to take? i run a single whippet and havent had a problem with anything i have came across as yet and soon i will be running 2 ATB
As the bear said, if you use frontline you wont have that much of a problem! at the end of the day if your ferreting them, then the ferret would of came in to contact anyway so if there not treated then ATB lads

good man you seem to know what your talking about and i agree, only size and weight goes a long way but at the end of the day its about the dog and if its keen and clever enough to carry out the job! atb
I have coursed a few lamping and they have ran straight for a rabbit warren and hid and yet 3 rabbits bolted comical really one of them moments were you had to be there
pull it off with tweezers or a tick remover take out all the bedding and sawdust and BURN it also give the hutch a good goood scrub and then treat your ferret with a spot on from the vet simples
