    I have a mildot 3.5-10x40 and 6x seems to be the most useful for the ranges I shoot at, anything higher and it's probably too far away and the scope picture becomes milky

    Even walking through town with it is fine, as long as you've got it tucked away in a sheath out of sight, and you're on your way to or back from the field

    I dunno then, could be the pellets you're using? If you have access to a chronograph, you could check the rifle power but aside from that, I'm out of ideas

    Has the zero remained the same? With a loss of power, the zero point of the rifle would change. Apparently the S410 isn't regulated, so maybe you've passed the sweet spot of the power curve. Have you kept the rifle topped up with air?

    I was wondering what kind of pest bird species would be edible. I'm the sort of person what would rather eat what I shoot. Pigeons are no-brainers, but what about other pest birds. Gordon Ramsay's F-word had a bit about cooking rooks but I've seen nothing about magpies, crows or jackdaws. Has anyone ever prepared these 'unconventional' birds?

    Hello all! I'm a student, hailing from Belfast but studying in England. Have done a fair bit of target shooting, but would love to get into a bit of hunting. Applying for my first FAC for my air rifle, hopefully it all goes well and I'll be bagging rabbits soon. Looking forwards to picking up tips here
