  1. I think you'll find its a political thing, our Local Authority doesn't allow balloon launches at events on the off chance that it might upset the 'Green Party' never mind shooting on Council land! If they thought it was a problem they would have their own Pest Control officers sort it out
  2. Nice shooting with the HW100
  3. Good shooting pal, look forward to some scopecam footage if you think the recoil is manageable for the camera ATB
  4. Look forward to seeing your input Simon, I've read impressive things on this forum about your ability with a spring-piston rifle. Si, I'll try and get some rabbit shooting footage with the .22 HW100KT and Panasonic Lumix TZ20 mounted above the scope with the Seben scope mount. Haven't had much practice with it yet but I'll find some time and give it a go
  5. Bloody hell, that's not acceptable, I would be expecting it to be done for free after that long! It makes SFS waiting time look much more appealing. You're not wrong I hadn't heard of Tony before I sent it off unfortunately. I heard the B&C tunes were an equal to the VMach ones for less money. Dave had a very good reputation at the time too, been chasing it for months
  6. Awesome shooting Si. I sent my 1985 .22 HW77K to Dave Hall AKA B&C for a Full Monty Tune 8 months ago and still haven't got it back yet.. I'm now thinking I should have sent it to Tony Some great shooting as usual buddy. If my rifle shoots as well as that when it comes back I'd be tempted to sell the HW100KT!
  7. I would suggest the Land Owner will have the say as to what the land could be used for i.e Arable, grazing etc. He may not wish to rent the land if the tennant plans on turning it into something as extreme as a motorcross course, or indeed a game shoot! The details of useage should be in the legal documentation signed by both the Tennant and Land Owner when the agreement was made. In all honesty I doubt that it would have gone into such level of detail as vermin control so you should be perfectly fine. You've done the right thing by speaking to the Tennant, it will now be up to him to
  8. Oh great, I've got one of those and a Panasonic Lumix TZ20.. May give it a go! Need to pull my finger out :/
  9. Great quality, you can even see the pellet travel to the target. How did you secure it to the scope if you don't mind me asking? ATB
  10. Good well produced video lads, very professional. Thumbs up from me
  11. Well said that man. Ditto. Mike, been reading Simon's blog about sustainable living and after reading your blog I can really see the attraction. Would love to come down and give you a lift with the build
  12. Some good shooting there Si. I've never tried FX pellets so might give them whirl at some point. Are they similar to the JSB's or different altogether?
  13. Nice shooting Stealthy!
  14. Nice going Stevo, look forward to reading about your exploits!
  15. Would love to see (or hear) that. Looking forward to your review of it
  16. Keeping an eye on the power is a good point, but it hasn't been an issue for me. Just enjoy it pal, very robust and well engineered piece of kit. I've done a few videos on YouTube with my .22 HW100KT, love the rifle. The thumbhole grip is very good to use Would be nice get a .177 HW100SK to compliment it but there's no chance of that!
  17. Sounds like a plan, I'd need a couple of weeks practice with the springer thats for sure, its been a good few months!
  18. Great video Si, loved the pellet shot on top of the drawing pin! You're going to have a fair old collection of rifles there pal. I'd love to add a .177 Prosport to my measley collection of 2! Looking forward to seeing the tuned 97K ATB Edit: MFR?! You jammy sod, one of my favourite PCP's. Nearly got one over the HW100
