Does anyone have an old Superstar? or know where I can get spares? I have one that needs a new underlever arm. Its a 22 Karbine model. BSA are checking stock but dont think they have one. Cheers

There's areas in Scotland that are dirt cheap but would you choose to live in them. Hawick is really cheap compared to most places. Galashiels is reasonable. The lothians are getting silly. I live in Midlothian and prices are crazy. West lothian is cheaper and Edinburgh is a defenate no no. Mega expensive. the likes of falkirk, stirling etc are reasoble too. By reasoable I mean affordable on an average salary.

Just had a look at the Hunting days documentry on YOUTUBE. I thought it was well done. Was pretty fair. Dont know how to put a link up but type in "hunting days" on YOUTUBE and it comes up. There are 8 parts and all worth wathching. Best part is when the anti who thinks he's a hard man gets a pasting!! Anyone saw it? what did you think of it?

Get your comercial gas certificate. You will ever be out of work!!! Even the rubbish engineers can walk out and get a new job the next day due to the labour shortage. As it is a regulated field anyone cant just do it. Depents on what you really want to do though. You can do courses in bathroom fitting or kitchen fitting. They last about a week and cost about £500. the greahound must be the dame..otherwise it will be too slow like a colly You put speed over stamina so sire would be the greyhound dam the collie and if you do 3/4 greyhound 1/4 collie its the same So to get a3/4 bred you are saying that the greyhound must be the sire and the halfcross must be the dam? I defenatly think you are well off the mark there bud.

What the best thing IMO would be is to totally ignore the muppets. Dont take the bait. Have a section called "reputation complaints" where if you are not happy with a member you can report them and the mods can monitor their posts or speak to them. Not talking about people arguing because I like a good debate, even passionate argument but not slagging off or bullying.

My main other hobbie is Bowling I am old before my time - lol I play to a fairly high standard and am very competitive. Also love taking kids to the beach and for walks etc. I try to get some ishing in but only seem to manage to get out a few times a year now - kids take up alot of time, still wouldn't trade them for the world!

How about feeding cooked rabbits to the dogs? as in gutted, and cookeded ready for human consumption? Is that as good for them or are the raw rabbits better for them? Just the meat I mean.

My last lurcher dislocated her toe on jan 1st 2006 and thevet said they could fix it but there was a chance that it would bother her later on with arthriets etc so we got it removed. The inside to on her back right leg. Didn't make one piece of diferance to her. There is no way you would have noticed unless you took a close look at her foot.

Oooh ok, I've been deliberating wether or not to reply to this, but here goes. As far as I can see situations like this happen because of alot of factors. The one thats screaming out in my head is why the hell are kids being allowed to look after kids A 16 year old (lets face it - kid), looking after not just young children, but a baby too. The first thing anyone wants to do is lay blame naturally, and It makes me feel sick to the pit of my stomach whats happened, but jesus christ what is this country coming to. Any breed of dog with a certain trait has a right to a life IN THE RIGHT

Having kids I wouldn't risk keeping certan breeds. Now I know alot of the time certan breeds are not understood but I wouldn't take the risk - it just isn't worth it!!!! Never herd of a king charles attcking a child - if you want a pet for your kids buy a pet breed.

They would freeze to death,need stitching back together,and would most likely snap all there legs.This is not a wind up up mate,these are toy dogs,and absolutely no use for any kind of quarry. I think Little Lurcher works hers on rabbit? I never say never mate,and like to keep an open mind,but i don't believe a pure Italian greyhound could tackle a mouse let alone rabbit.I'd love to be proved wrong so get them vids up I dont know a thing about them bud, just remember reading it on an eariler thread. Am sure she works them to rabbits. Maybee I picked her up wrong?

The noise wouldn't bother me. Do they have a shorter life span when used on the road? compared to normal road tyres that is?
