    A walk about might pull some up but it works out the pups for the season and keeps them fit. Anything caught goes to the ferrets and kits, no waste no worries. There are plenty left from my working compared to other silly blokes with guns shooting anything that moves. So yes my dogs have a good 3 hours walk about in the bush daily but it's few nd far between thanks to the gun happy blokes.

    Slate me all you wnat but I'd love to see a dog with any part of saluki in it work. They are far and few to find and when you do find them they are pets or past their years to graft. I have no problem with a "difficult" breed just the person behind the lead that jacks it up

    Ferreting for a 4 to 5 hours then home when tea time comes im out bushing for a few hours get back home give my dogs few hours rest then im out by 10:00pm lamping and I dont get back home 6:00am Good thing you don't have a job your dogs will be top dogs, when are the pups coming?

    A true dog man in the making. Instead of tossing the dog in the river with a bag of bricks or a bullet to the head. I hope your dog gives to you all the work you put into him. When he is ready for a proper run try for a sandy beach which might be hard to find. Swimming is very good but the dog does't extend as far as normal. If you can find a person with horses they run them in a circle filled with sand to get them fit. Just to have the dog playing in the sand not too hard should help with extension without the jarring of hard ground. Best of luck
