    Do you really think it's a proper sport when you pen in rabbits to shoot them? He's even too lazy to go catch the rabbits himself. He has also requested pheasents on another thread.     Actually there has been a case but he just hasn't found the case yet. Technically the land owner can keep the wild rabbits penned in as long as he cares for them. If they become ill or injured he will have to pay the bill or get in the sh*t. If he wants to hunt them they have to be released first. If he can't catch or release them without causing them great stress he can also be in deep doo doo. Sounds like a good idea to me.     What's the point of going through all that work, if there aren't enough rabbits spend your time finding more permission instead of putting rabbits on the permission. It seems a bit funny the farmer doesn't mind you doing all this work on his land and he must know you are planning on putting rabbits on it. I doubt his neighbours would approve. I thought THL was a hunting site but it looks like it's open to all sorts. You should go get some pet rabbits from the shop and breed them, you'll have the pen filled in no time.

    I've seen plenty of people advertising them on facebook with pictures of the litters and links to the places in the US they got them from but it's different when we are already being restricted to what we can hunt and we know there is a ban on these dogs. It's better to not rock the boat.

    Personally I wouldn't care if I had a Saluki with these traits if it could do the job unless someone tried to tell me porkies and take me for a fool. Pure or not I would still pay the same for it.

    Yes, that's my point. There must be a bit of something else in them to make them have a thick coat, just like being brindle. The breed is not know for these traits and it is a sign of mixed blood.
