100 percent agree with you mark it's a rifle that never let's you down Beats all the fx models hands down And the rest unless it's fac But in sub 12 it's up there with the rest or one step above the rest Just can't believe I waited that long to get another mark Atvbjimmy -
Thanks lads And welcome to the mad house Henry Atvbjimmy

Now the raider stock took a bit of sorting out In the end I had to leave it sitting in the sun where the acid would weep out of it and when it was nearly all out as I had already prepped it I tru oil, d it O and its a walnut stock Now the action was not as easy to sort out lol Wish I new how to put vids on here as the stock is stunning Atvbjimmy

So set about sorting two rifles out 1,,the hw100 22 2,,raider 22 single shot Stripped the stock on the 100 right back And re, oild it Now the raider most of u no had acid dripping on it for god no, s how many years as it sat in a shed So no amount of sanding and treating it nothing would take Where the acid had been so in the end I wrapped it up in camo tape And that was that for about a year or more So set about it again stripped the tape off and prepped it for painting As the paint is easier to get off than blueing Now doing thi

In my personal opinion the crown is a much better rifle than the impact in sub 12 mind not used a fac model And to be honest I have used an fac impact and what a rifle it is In fac but having owned a sub 12 impact and was not happy with the way it shot mind it was 177 I got rid for some thing that cost so much money and to be so crap Is beyond me Fantastic in fac, 25 But not so much in sub12 But the crown now that is a cracking bit of kit And so is my fx verminator 177 Atvbjimmy

No recoil apart from the 97 So it works for me Phil but not so with the 97 mind lol Still practicing mind lol Atvbjimmy

Not me jon It's the wife's doing them son When the wind gets up she has me out side pulling them away

O and found a new use for the sticks to lol
-
Well I put the 97 on the sticks fastened it down took aim at the target and missed the hole thing jumped lol No movement for recoil (witch I new would happen lol) And fitted the Vermy to the sticks to Now the stock on this rifle is a bit on the fat side and has an angle on it So it dose not fit like the rest of my rifles but it still fastens on OK Atvbjimmy

Just got these off Jaybo Now iv had sticks in the past and not got used to them And ended up giving them away Bit old school me to be honest but the problem I have now is that since the strokes I can get down on one knee or prone but struggle to get back up, So got these now I just have to get used to them Mind I like the fact that it has a clamp fitted so you can clamp down the rifle and walk away and it holds the rifle in place Sean my shooting partner has sayd for years now to give the sticks a chance but iv got rid, Not an option now like lol
