Wouldn't put for clay shooting down, definite no-no. Most clay grounds wont even let you put more than two cartridges in a semi auto anyway. That's odd, the other underkeeper I work with reckons he has clay shooting on his conditions, tbh I wasnt planning on turning up at the local clay ground with it anyway, but its useful to have the option. Anyway cheers.

Hi there any keepers or pest contollers here with section 1 shotgun on their firearms certificate? What is the exact wording of the conditions for its use as printed on your FAC? I am just applying for a varitation on my ticket to get one and want to send the form off. I was looking to write something like 'For control of pests and vermin, including foxes, and for clay shooting' Cheers Aaron

For what working in Tesco's

Good Morning(field)sports fans, I thought that it would be polite to introduce myself. Don't be put off by the forum name, I'm not really that angry at all, just a nickname thats stuck over the years, plus my name was already taken. During the week I work as an underkeeper on a wild partridge shoot on the Oxford/Gloucs border, and at the weekends...... who am I kidding, I dont usually get much of one. Still, better than working in Tesco's I suppose. Anyway looking forward to becoming part of what looks to be an interesting forum, kind regards Aaron
